I packed leftover pressure cooker pulled pork into a gyro for E’s lunch. I’ll post tomorrow, but wanted to leave a taste with you before I rush off… (E, don’t forget to take the sandwich with you to work!)

Imagine these two kids meeting on the playground in the 80s, catching each other’s eye by the swings. Would we have fallen in love then? I might have shared my peanut butter and jelly sandwich with him back then. If he had been polite.
