The Sexy Project is working! Yesterday, E and I went to an event in Central Park, for which I wore a form fitting black dress with very low cut cleavage and sky high suede Miu Miu pumps. I was working a sexy 1920’s flapper look with my hair in an updo, and the dress’ below the knee hemline and lace details. I drew compliments left and right, particularly from E.
But I also drew an injury: the next morning, I had a painful cramp in my thigh, probably from prancing around in 4-inch heels on uneven concrete paving stones in the park.
Potassium is a good cure for cramps, so I wanted bananas or some type of fruit to help ease the pain. An easy breakfast sandwich would be the fruit roll up. Peanut butter and fruit on a wrap. Super simple, and when the wraps are cut it in half, they’re great for group get togethers—and to increase my sandwich count quickly.
Not forgetting the rules of the Sexy Project, I made the sandwich wearing a red lacy thong underneath my lounge clothes, which were also form fitting and the opposite of the grey oversized baggy sweatpants I would have normally worn. E ate the sandwich with delight, but he never did see the thong, since we were running late for work and had to bust a move to the shower and out the door after breakfast.
3 whole wheat wraps
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1 banana, sliced
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Spread out tortilla on workable surface. Slather on peanut butter. Spread out fruit of your choosing onto peanut butter. Sprinkle on cinnamon and nutmeg, if desired. Roll from one side to another. Cut in half. Serve.
