Stopping at Fishkill Farms in Fishkill, NY on the way home and picking up a fresh, organic whole chicken to roast up for dinner? YEUP!

Eating the entire chicken before your fiancé can whip up sides to go with it, opting to devour whatever slices of apple you had in the pan with the chicken as your serving of “greens?”
