E and I were lucky enough to go to the Wladimir Klitschko/ Bryant Jennings fight on Saturday night at MSG. But before the fight, we had snacks.

Easter is this weekend. Got me thinking about my holidays of yore. It was usually the end of Spring Break, so I wasn’t too happy about that.

It’s the weekend! Sun is shining, the weather is sweet, and I have 48 hours to eat, sleep, play, work out and listen to my music on full blast as I clean the floors. And, of course, cook.
What a difference a day makes.

Rating: We had friends over for dinner, one of which was a vegetarian, so we did another version of salmon sandwiches. E had made this meal for me last week that was so tasty it had to be repeated. Problem is, E cooks by ‘feel,’ whereas I follow a recipe and make adaptions where needed. […]
