Wedding gift bags. Oh, the fence that divides E and I on this wedding.

For our destination affair, E cannot understand why pray tell we need to give people welcome bags for making the trip 5,000 miles away from home to our wedding. “Isn’t booze and food for three days enough?”

True, but welcome bags say, “welcome to our three day booze and food fest.”

I gotta ask: did you have welcome bags or gift bags at your wedding? What was in them? And do you think they matter?
