Yes, it took me two weeks to get this right. But boy was it worth it.
It was just a few days ago that E and I were eating lobster for two with a side of grilled potato, rice and a bottle of rose on a remote island in the Caribbean.
I should have just asked a local before posting that I couldn’t find roti on Union Island. Particularly the local that ran our kite surf center.
