—that my man had already put our 22 pound turkey in the brine AND prepared pumpkin creme brulee before I got home from a full day of work today!

—that we aren’t traveling for Thanksgiving in the middle of the crazy Noreaster slamming the East Coast.

—that we have a full house coming for dinner tomorrow, ranging in age from 6 weeks to mid 40s (we’ll keep the identity of that guest to ourselves).

—the “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” tv special. A classic, always.

—that I’ll be able to Skype all of my family members a Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow and laugh, giggle and tell them I love them, and that I have a lovely partner in crime to share yet another Thanksgiving feast with.
