Rating: It was Cinco de Mayo over the weekend. For us, it’s an legitimate excuse to drink margaritas—unlike the less logical ones, like “oh we’re out of wine, so we have to drink something else, preferably with tequila.”

Sandwich #36–“Senior Moments” Breakfast Burrito
According to E and I, a burrito counted as a sandwich. Simple math, people: Burrito= Wrap. Wrap=sandwich. Breakfast burritos were supposed to be easy. But it all went haywire when I started cooking.
