Mr. 300 Sandwiches’ head is about to explode. All of his heroes are in theaters this holiday season: Charlie Brown in “The Peanuts Movie,” James Bond in “Spectre” and Luke Skywalker/ Han Solo/C-3PO in the new “Star Wars,” which the hubby bought opening night tickets for…..the 2 am screening.

This was a good week. The hard copies of our book, “300 Sandwiches: A Multilayered Love Story, with Recipes” have arrived. In between wedding planning, CrossFitting, yogaing, book launching, app building, and cooking, E and I celebrated.
It’s National Grilled Cheese Day! And we had to celebrate. I’ve drooled over this sandwich for months, and finally found good reason to make it—pepperoni pizza grilled cheese.
